New for this season, we are happy to offer our one bedroomed apartment,
a wonderful contrast of a typical Andalusia ‘casa’ with
a cool and contemporary. 
Accommodation
Interior, complete with air-conditioning, CD player, Sky TV, and
a fully equipped modern kitchen, comfortable living area and floral
terrace.
Double bedroom, bathroom.
You will receive our special Costa Sun Villas welcome pack, which
includes a bottle of sparkling Cava, beers, orange juice, milk
etc to get your holiday off to a good start! However we would be
delighted to purchase for you prior to your arrival a supermarket
shop - just send a list!
Linen and towels are provided, as are the basic cleaning laundry
and toiletries required. All you need to bring with you are your
beach towels. We have many items for hire from extra bed, baby
cots etc. just ask and we will try and help. Our apartment is a
non-smoking apartment.
Location
Close to the vibrant nightlife of Puerto Banus and Estepona, there
is always a party on here at the coast! There is a local bus every
10 minutes, and it is within walking distance of many shops and
restaurants, A perfect area if you wish to holiday with out a hire
car.
The gardens surrounding the complex are beautifully maintained
, there is a short tree lined walk to the beach with a beach bar.
The pool area is close by with spacious lawns, complete with sun
beds set in between sub tropical plants Wonderful to completely
relax!!
