Contact and booking

If you have never booked with a private owner before, don't worry, it's straightforward. Simply telephone, or e-mail us to arrange the dates you want and we hold the booking provisionally for 48 hours whilst you arrange flights.

After paying booking deposit of 18% of your holiday apartment costs, your reservation becomes secure. The deposit is paid directly into our bank account in the UK or Spain, details of which we can give you on the telephone, or by e-mail along with a payment breakdown of your holiday rental.

The deposit payment is not refundable if the reservation is cancelled. No booking agreement exists until we have received the full deposit payment.

The balance of payment is paid on arrival in Euros.

We acknowledge receipt of your deposit payment by e-mail, along with, directions to the apartment. Please telephone us the day before traveling to arrange a time to handover keys etc.

There are a number of options for transport from the airport.
You could get a taxi from the airport, which we can arrange.
Or, as we advise to most people, a car is very useful on the Costa del Sol.

You can rent a car of your choice from Malaga airport, they have numerous desks at the floor level beneath the arrivals hall.

We supply a complimentary welcome pack and information folder. Fresh linen and towels. We would advise you bring beach towels with you. Cot rental or extra bed hire is available. We advise the maximum number of persons per 2 bedroom apartments to be 4 adults and 6 adults per 3 bedroom apartments. However we can provide an extra folding bed for a child under 10 years old.
