This charming two bed-roomed apartment is ideal for a cozy relaxing
stay in the wonderful area of Estepona, for couples and families
alike. You will be delighted with its secret location down by the
seashore, very private, secure and restful. Sit in the cosy Andalucian
courtyard and listen to the waves lapping on the shore whilst watching
seagulls soaring on the warm Mediterranean air currents.
Accommodation
The accommodation comprises of living area with open fireplace,
satellite TV and DVD, patio doors to private terrace and gardens.
Fully equipped kitchen complete with fridge freezer, dishwasher,
washing machine, microwave, coffee maker etc. Double room with beautiful
mosaic en-suite bathroom and private patio overlooking the sea.
Twin guest room with separate family shower room and private patio
overlooking the sea. The complex has a lovely private pool area
set within the gardens alongside the beach.
You will receive our special Costa Sun Villas welcome pack, which includes a bottle of sparkling Cava, beers, orange juice, milk etc to get your holiday off to a good start! However we would be delighted to purchase for you prior to your arrival a supermarket shop - just send a list!
Linen and towels are provided, as are the basic cleaning laundry and toiletries required. All you need to bring with you are your beach towels. We have many items for hire from extra bed, baby cots etc. just ask and we will try and help. Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
Location
The apartment is ideally located for all the routes along the coast and inland. From Gibraltar, 20 minutes car drive to the west and the famous Puerto Banús and Marbella 20 minutes to the east. Only a short walk from your apartment of 8 minutes along the seashore or pathway to the sleepy marina of Estepona, which comes alive at night and on Sunday when the local market is held from 10am to 3pm.
Further along the promenade past the fishermen's workshops, restaurants and bars, you will reach Estepona town, where there are many more local amenities and shops. Estepona old town is wonderful to wander around and on a Thursday morning there is a free walk with a guide speaking English and Spanish. There will be a useful folder in the apartment with suggestions for days and evenings out.
