Our air conditioned two bed roomed apartment is set within a wonderful leafy and tranquil area, located directly on the beach, yet within walking distance of Estepona Marina and Estepona Old Town.

Furnished to a very high standard, complete with fully equipped kitchens plus two patios and lawn sweeping down to the sea.

Close by the complex boasts a large pool surrounded by sub tropical gardens.

Accommodation

The accommodation comprises of living area with open fireplace, satellite TV and DVD, patio doors to private terrace and gardens.

Fully equipped kitchen complete with fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker etc.

Luxury double room with private bathroom - overlook the sea while you enjoy that well deserved breakfast in bed!

Twin guest room with separate family shower room.

You will receive our special Costa Sun Villas welcome pack, which includes a bottle of sparkling Cava, beers, orange juice, milk etc to get your holiday off to a good start! However we would be delighted to purchase for you prior to your arrival a supermarket shop - just send a list!

Linen and towels are provided, as are the basic cleaning laundry and toiletries required. All you need to bring with you are your beach towels. We have many items for hire from extra bed, baby cots etc. just ask and we will try and help. Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment.

Location

The apartment is ideally located for all the routes along the coast and inland. From Gibraltar, 20 minutes car drive to the west and the famous Puerto Banús and Marbella 20 minutes to the east. Only a short walk from your apartment of 8 minutes along the seashore or pathway to the sleepy marina of Estepona, which comes alive at night and on Sunday when the local market is held from 10am to 3pm.

Further along the promenade past the fishermen's workshops, restaurants and bars, you will reach Estepona town, where there are many more local amenities and shops. Estepona old town is wonderful to wander around and on a Thursday morning there is a free walk with a guide speaking English and Spanish. There will be a useful folder in the apartment with suggestions for days and evenings out.
