The complex is quiet, tranquil and beautifully maintained within walking distance of Estepona Marina with its wonderful choice of restaurants (it is just 8 mins walk along the beach and seashore) and Estepona Old Town. You will receive our special Costa Sun Villas welcome pack, which includes a bottle of sparkling Cava, beers, orange juice, milk etc to get your holiday off to a good start! However we would be delighted to purchase for you prior to your arrival a supermarket shop - just send a list! Linen and towels are provided, as are the basic cleaning laundry and toiletries required. All you need to bring with you are your beach towels. We have many items for hire from extra bed, baby cots etc. just ask and we will try and help. Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment. The apartment is ideally located for all the routes along the coast and inland. From Gibraltar, 20 minutes car drive to the west and the famous Puerto Banús and Marbella 20 minutes to the east. Only a short walk from your apartment along the seashore or pathway to the sleepy marina of Estepona, which comes alive at night and on Sunday when the local market is held from 10am to 3pm. Further along the promenade past the fishermen's workshops, restaurants and bars, you will reach Estepona town, where there are many more local amenities and shops. Estepona old town is wonderful to wander around ,enjoy a tapas or ice-cream and watch the world go by!
