This immaculate, “bijou” 1 bedroom studio-apartment is set in a quiet location with mature landscaped gardens and swimming pool. The large pool area is delightful and is surrounded by a beautiful grass sunbathing area which leads you directly onto the beach. For tennis lovers, there are courts available for Villacana guests.

Accomodation
The apartment has an upstairs bedroom with double bed, wardrobe,
chest of drawers and a small outside terrace.
Downstairs there is a shower room with toilet and basin, a small kitchen with fridge freezer, 2 ring hob, mini oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle etc.

There is a larger outside seating area downstairs with table and chairs. 

It is ideal for couples but we do not recommend this apartment for young children.

There are parking spaces available.

Location
The complex is quiet, tranquil and beautifully maintained and is situated a 10 minute car drive east of the famous Puerto Banus and Marbella and 10 minutes west of the town of Estepona. This is a popular urbanization with 3 restaurants, one of which is on the beach and a separate bar that has entertainment in the summer months.

There is also a hairdresser/beauty salon and a laundry room along with a mini supermarket for basic needs and newspapers in English and an information center for help with bookings for golf, horse riding or Dolphin cruises.

You will receive our special Costa Sun Villas welcome pack, which includes a bottle of sparkling Cava, beers, orange juice, milk etc to get your holiday off to a good start! However we would be delighted to purchase for you prior to your arrival a supermarket shop - just send a list!

Linen and towels are provided, as are the basic cleaning laundry and toiletries required. All you need to bring with you are your beach towels.
